Submission procedure

 

Prospective authors are invited to submit the high quality and original papers that have not appeared nor are into consideration in appearing in any other journal. The abstract should be submitted in English of 100 to 300 words, on 10th of September. The conference full papers should be submitted in English language no later than 1st of October. All the authors will be notified for the acceptance by 15th of October. All papers will be reviewed by the international board of the conference. This format is mandatory for title of abstract/ paper: ICMBE2012_Auth1Auth2…Authn.doc. All prepared material must be submitted electronically by mail to icmbe2012@ubt-uni.net. The Papers should be formatted according to the instructions presented below:

 

Layout information:

• Use DIN A4 Format (297 x 210 mm).
• Margins: top, bottom, right 20 mm and left 30 mm.
• The paper has to be written in WinWord format.
• Use Times New Roman fonts, line spacing single.

The font formats are

• paper title: 14 pt bold, capital letters;
• author’s name(s) and address: 10 pt bold, italic;
• chapter titles: 12 pt bold, capital letters;
• subtitles: 10 pt bold, numbered, left justified, upper and lower case;
• text: 12 pt

Regarding the presentation

• Visual aids at the conference: Video Projector (beamer), Standard slides, overhead projector and flip chart
• Presentations time: Preliminary papers up to 30 min. Other papers 15 to 20 min with 5 minutes for discussion with the audience.

Citation

• Use APA/MLA guidelines for citing sources and for bibliography page.

Reviewing Process

All papers will be subject to blind review employing a panel of 3 scientific reviewers. Authors must not submit more than two papers on the conference.
